Memorial Cast & End of Life CASTING

Hold onto love that never fades.
Our memorial casts offer a beautiful and heartfelt way to honour the memory of someone special. Whether it's a baby born sleeping or a loved one now at peace, these keepsakes are a gentle reminder that though they may no longer be with us, they are forever held in heart — and hand.

Each piece is created with the utmost care, compassion, and respect, offering comfort during the most difficult of times.

Cast With Dignity & Respect

I work closely with families, hospices, hospitals, and funeral directors, travelling to where your loved one is to take their hand cast with care, compassion, and the utmost respect for their dignity.

Losing a loved one is an incredibly difficult time, but creating a lasting memory through hand casting is still possible. If it feels easier, I’m more than happy to coordinate directly with funeral directors or midwives on your behalf, allowing you space while ensuring everything is handled gently and professionally.

Separate Casts, Coming Together Forever

You may wish to have a hand casting made with your loved one after they have passed, but don’t feel able to attend the chapel of rest—and that’s completely okay.

In this case, I can take a cast of your loved one’s hand first, then, when you feel ready, we’ll arrange a second appointment where I’ll gently mould your hand holding theirs.

The final piece will be a deeply meaningful keepsake:

your hands joined together, forever.

What to Expect

When you're ready, I will guide you through the process with care and understanding:

  • Initial Contact – You can reach out directly, or I can coordinate with your chosen funeral director, hospice, hospital, or midwife if that feels easier.
  • Travelling to You – I will travel to your loved one’s location to take the mould. The process is done quietly and respectfully, preserving their dignity at all times.
  • Creating Your Keepsake – Once the cast is taken, I will begin crafting your memorial piece with great care.
  • Timeframe – Your finished cast will be ready in approximately 12 weeks, though this may vary depending on size and complexity.

If you're considering a memorial cast or just want to talk through your options, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I’m here when you’re ready — and will always meet you with compassion, patience, and care.

Memorial jewellery

Losing a loved one is overwhelming, and it’s often hard to consider all the options in the moment. That’s why, whenever I take a hand casting, I also take a fingerprint as part of the process — at no extra pressure or commitment.

This gives you the option to create personalised memorial jewellery using your loved one’s fingerprint, whenever the time feels right.

Please see Jewellery Options for more details.
